Summary of Business

With environmental awareness as our key business philosophy, we aim to become “The Global MICE Producer” by creating an interactive environment where people, products and information from all over the world can gather.

Our international MICE Operations team covers event display, planning & management. In this experienced team we have over 10 overseas employees as well as over 50 native Japanese employees who are fluent in more than one language. Their skills in various languages help prevent problems caused by miscommunication and ensure smooth and prompt operational support for the organisers.

We provide our clients with comprehensive support for exhibitions and other types of events, including services such as venue planning, construction & onsite management; domestic conference operations, website construction, online visitor registration, press releases, press conferences & PR planning, onsite staffing such as MCs and simultaneous translation, catering service, social event planning, entertainment and operations, Video/DVD production and editing, post show reporting and venue security management.

“Continuous improvement in cost and ecology” is our management principle. We mainly utilise our stock of reusable materials for booth construction, but also incorporating woodwork where necessary. With this unique corporate concept we have become a strong competitor in the trade show industry, as our clients acknowledge our efforts to reduce waste and costs.

Related to this concept is the SRDS2 system which we are introducing here. SRDS stands for “Sakura Reuseable Display System”. This system encourages our customers to store and reuse certain parts of their booths for future exhibitions rather than constructing new displays from scratch. This system reduces waste and cost and as a result also helps cut CO2 emissions.

In addition to the above we have always been flagbearers of eco-friendly business in the industry for over 10 years through our daily operations such as using renewable energy created by the solar panels at our factories, constructing a green roof at our Osaka HQ, and using hybrid cars.

Environmentally conscious aspects

  • Reducing the amount of waste at the time of disposal
  • Better product/service features
